Been using Tenobet for March, so I figure I have a fair bit of experience to say something useful. Came across it through someone on another board who wanted somewhere with decent slot coverage without the usual affordability checks you run into now on the regulated UK ones. Worth saying up front: this isn’t UKGC licensed and it isn’t on the GamStop scheme, which is either the point or a dealbreaker.
Game selection’s pretty huge — about 4,000+ slots by my count, and the names you’d want all turn up: Pragmatic Play, Net Ent, Play n GO, BTG, Betsoft, Microgaming. Personally I grind Gates of Olympus plus Sweet Bonanza, both behave properly in browser. Live dealer’s all Evolution, so it’s exactly what you expect — actual dealers, the game shows like Crazy Time for a change of pace. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, and it gets a bit of use from me on footy, decent odds, nothing groundbreaking.
On the sign-up offer it’s a 100% match to ?125 plus 100 spins thrown in, you’ll want the code JOIN002 or it won’t trigger. Check the playthrough first, it’s fairly standard either. Don’t expect free credit without depositing as far as I can tell. For the current promos, you’ll find them at tenobet login rather than taking my word for it. Min deposit’s ?10, registration took maybe two minutes.
Payments have been the stronger part in my experience. Cards go through, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are supported, Bitcoin and a few other coins if you prefer. My Skrill cashouts have landed same day twice; Visa took a bit longer. My main gripe was the verification — it took about two days to clear my documents, which held up the first payout just sat there the whole time. Nothing shady about it, but slow.
Couple of niggles: there’s no app, so you’re on the mobile site. Works fine on my iPhone but an app would be nicer. The login sometimes gets a bit slow around weekend evenings. Support’s live chat, English, decent, though the first replies read like templates. Get past the script and someone competent turns up.
